Electronic Piano Project
Project Overview
In this Electronic Piano project, We will make a circuit which will generate different tone and works like a Piano.
Materials Required
555 TIMER IC
Resistor
Capacitor
Speaker
Connecting Wires
Battery
STEPS TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT
STEP 1
Connect 5 1K resistors in series.
STEP 2
Connect resistors terminals (1,2,3,4 & 5) to repective switch terminals marked a,b,c,d & e.
STEP 3
Short 2nd terminal of all 5 Switch to a common point. Next, connect a capacitor to this common point and the other terminal of capacitor to ground.
STEP 4
IC Connection: Connect pin 4 & 8 to +ive power supply & connect pin 1 to GND.
STEP 5
sHORT PIN 2 AND 6 .Further connect this point to common point .Connect point x to pin 7 of IC.
STEP 6
Connect Speaker: PIN 3 is the output of ic . Connect a 220 F capacitor to this pin and the other terminal to a Specker +ive terminal. The other terminal of speaker to GND.
TESTING
To demonstrate this project, Simply connect the battery to +ive & -ive terminals. Now press the push button in any way, you will hear melody sound out of the speaker.
